Change/Cancellation Fee
A 25% change/cancellation fee will be retained from the total registration fee for all change or cancellation requests.
Refund Process
If a change or cancellation notification is submitted in writing more than 60 days before the first production of the registered event, the remaining balance after deducting the 25% change/cancellation fee will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed no later than 60 days after the registered show.
Late Change/Cancellation (Within 60 Days of Event)
For any changes or cancellations made on or within 60 days of the first production of the registered event, refunds will be issued in the form of a registration credit.
This credit can be applied toward registration for the next OIFW event.
Notification Process
All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to orlandointernationalfw@gmail.com before the specified deadlines.
Late notifications may result in the application of the change/cancellation fee and issuance of a registration credit instead of a refund.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds are subject to compliance with all notification periods and policy conditions.
Failure to participate in the registered event without prior written notification will not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances such as force majeure events, the event organizers reserve the right to review and consider individual cases for exceptions to this policy.
Payment Plan Fees
A 10% processing fee will be added to the total registration amount if payments are divided into two (2) installments.
A 15% processing fee will be added to the total registration amount if payments are divided into three (3) installments.
