Recap of OIFW 2024 Shows on November 17th: A Day of Fashion, Talent, and Unforgettable Moments

Orlando, FL – The excitement continued at OIFW 2024 on Sunday, November 17th, with three spectacular shows that captivated audiences at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando. From the Kids & Teens Show to the Fashion Night Out (FNO) Closing Shows, the day was filled with creativity, inspiration, and unforgettable moments.

The Kids & Teens Show kicked off the day at 1:00 PM, showcasing the incredible talent of young designers and models. With designs from Purple Dragonfly by Anita Cleveland, Choupette by Ayman Damyan, and My Little Matilda by Savina Rey (for both kids and teens), the runway was alive with vibrant colors, creativity, and youthful energy. Nathalie Vallieres Martin, the Chief Marketing Officer of IversenMartin, served as the emcee, keeping the audience engaged and energized throughout the show. A stunning performance by Avalon Dance added an extra layer of excitement, impressing the crowd with their fluid choreography and energy.

Next, the Fashion Night Out (FNO) Closing Show at 5:00 PM was nothing short of a fashion extravaganza. Designs from Labelle Since 1919, Karina Torres, SHARY Online Boutique by Yahaira Almedina, Beaux Studios, and Ingrid Tu Variedad Boutique were featured on the runway, leaving attendees in awe of the talent and innovation. Christina Carmona, the CEO of Bad Kitty Films L.L.C., was the emcee for the 5:00 PM show, providing her dynamic energy and professionalism throughout the event. DJ TL Smooth kept the vibes going, spinning the perfect soundtrack to complement the stunning fashion. Singer/Songwriter Scott Barnhill (@scott.barnhills) also performed, adding a soulful touch to the event.

But the excitement didn’t end there. The final FNO Closing Show at 7:00 PM featured a truly remarkable lineup of designs, including collections from Hihabibi by Mosab, DePalma by Vanessa Salazar, Galana Handmade Jewelry by AnaGabriel Galan (from Costa Rica), Artelio by Arquelio Rivera, Majestic by Bouchra Hida, SimAllure Boutique by Simone Davis, and Aline Moreno (from Mexico). Michelle Imperato and Jason Guy, co-anchors from WESH 2, emceed the final show, bringing their expertise and charisma to the stage. DJ TL Smooth once again provided the beats that kept the energy high, rounding out a truly unforgettable fashion experience. Paul James (@hellopauljames) also performed, delivering an exciting musical performance that captivated the crowd during the show.

One of the most exciting moments of the day came when Anna Eskamani, a well-known Florida State Representative, made a surprise appearance and graced the runway for Beaux Studios. Her participation added a special moment to the show, further highlighting the intersection of fashion, community, and leadership at OIFW.

After the Fashion Night Out shows, the celebration continued at the after-party at Debonair Supper Club, nestled in Downtown Orlando. Guests were treated to an evening of art, music, and dancing in the venue’s cozy and captivating ambiance, surrounded by an extensive collection of art. The supper club’s fusion of imaginative and nostalgic elements created the perfect atmosphere for attendees to mingle and continue the celebration.

A huge thank you to all the models, fashion designers, venue staff, photographers, Makeup School New York, and the volunteers who helped make the event a success. Full Sail’s Pure Motivation was on hand to volunteer, and SPARK from Full Sail conducted interviews, capturing moments from the event to share with a broader audience.
