Chalo Garcia

Chalo García is a renowned beauty and fashion photographer from Costa Rica whose work has been internationally published. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Chalo has developed an extensive portfolio working in various cities across Latin America and the United States. His specialty is editorial fashion photography, aiming to tell stories through his images with a style that merges beauty and fashion.

In addition to working with highly recognized models, Chalo García has collaborated in the beauty pageant industry, serving as a casting director in competitions such as Miss International World and Miss Latina International. He has also worked as a model scout for events like Miss California Latina, Miss Multiverse, and Orlando International Fashion Week, among others. Chalo has developed portfolios for many national and international models and continues to do so. His talent has been recognized with consecutive nominations as the best beauty and fashion photographer in Tampa Bay, Florida. He has shared his knowledge in media outlets like Telemundo and Univision.

Additionally, Chalo is an event producer, having produced fashion runway shows with international fashion designers and upcoming talents in fashion. He has also produced popular fashion editorial events. He also owns the beauty and fashion magazine “InterModelo” and a Costa Rica modeling agency that started in 2010.

Chalo’s photographic work has been featured in prestigious international photography expos in Vietnam, Italy, Colombia, and the US. His work has also been selected by international publications such as Vogue Italia, Gladys Magazine, Paris Haute Couture Week, Expert Photography, Malvie French Magazine, and Business of Fashion.
